Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a clean bowl, whip 4 egg whites until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.

  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
