- Brush both sides of each wonton wrapper with melted butter and press into a mini muffin tin.
- Bake for about 7 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, sliced green onions, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Fill each baked wonton cup with the jalapeño filling.
- Sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top of each filled cup.
