Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a lined muffin tin and bake for 8 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar in a mixer, then add egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over cooled crusts.
- Bake filled crusts for 20 minutes or until the centers jiggle slightly. Cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and firm up.
- Decorate with marshmallows, candies, and optional drizzle of chocolate.
