  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat) Avoid low-fat variants.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 large Egg Best at room temperature.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use high-quality for better flavor.
For the Decorations
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows Roll in powdered sugar for tails.
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar For dusting bunny tails.
  • 1/4 cup Mini Pink Candies For bunny feet.
  • 6 Cadbury Eggs Decorative treats for topping.
  • 1/4 cup Melted White Chocolate Optional drizzle.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a lined muffin tin and bake for 8 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar in a mixer, then add egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over cooled crusts.
  3. Bake filled crusts for 20 minutes or until the centers jiggle slightly. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and firm up.
  5. Decorate with marshmallows, candies, and optional drizzle of chocolate.
