Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

  2. Stir in coconut flour until the mixture thickens. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Chill the mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the chocolate coating by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Roll approximately 28 small balls from the chilled mixture and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
