Preparation

  2. Prepare the meats: In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, sliced pepperoni, chopped salami, and chopped ham. Toss to mix.
  3. Add the vegetables: Stir in shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced red onions, sliced banana peppers, black olives, and chopped tomatoes.
  4. Whisk the dressing: In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine the salad with dressing: Pour dressing over the pasta mixture, and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Chill for flavor enhancement: Cover or transfer to an airtight container, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
