  • 1 cup Beef Broth Vegetable broth can be used

  • 1/2 cup Diced Pickles Optional
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Sun-dried tomatoes can be used
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Can substitute with chives

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil and add cauliflower florets. Boil for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and beef broth until smooth, then add shredded cheddar cheese gradually until melted.
  6. Fold cooked cauliflower into beef and cheese sauce mixture until well-coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Garnish with diced pickles and tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
