Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Burger Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the Patties: Form the mixture into four thick patties, about 1 inch thick, and keep refrigerated.
  3. Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Sauté the Garlic: Remove cooked patties. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  5. Create the Sauce: Add tomato paste to the skillet, mix, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Add smoked paprika.
  6. Combine Patties and Sauce: Return the patties to the sauce, coat them well, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Plate and Garnish: Serve hot, garnish with parsley, and enjoy with vegetables or zucchini noodles.
