For the Dressing

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced pepperoni, salami, mozzarella pearls, pepperoncini peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
