Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, plain breadcrumbs, whole milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, light brown sugar, and yellow mustard until smooth. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of your shaped meatloaf.
