Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well and toss in mozzarella balls. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut garlic breadstick dough into 1 inch strips, twist into sticks, place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Place burrata in a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with black pepper.
  4. Arrange marinated mozzarella, burrata, and garlic breadsticks on a serving platter, adding cherry tomatoes and olives for a vibrant presentation.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
