Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  2. Prepare your toppings by slicing the red onion and halving the tomatoes. Drain the artichoke hearts.
  3. Brush one side of the flatbreads with olive oil.
  4. Spread a generous layer of spinach pesto over the oiled side of each flatbread.
  5. Layer mozzarella, artichokes, olives, onion, and tomato on top.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese and season with oregano and red pepper flakes.
