- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and half of the ketchup. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spoon the glaze over the filled muffin cups.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until cooked through and golden on top. Use a meat thermometer to check for 160°F (71°C) internal temperature.
