For the Cream Mixture
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Can substitute with chocolate or lemon pudding.
  • 2 cups Milk Use whole milk for the best texture.
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Curd Adjust based on tanginess preference.
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese Ensure room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar Granulated sugar can be an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Can substitute with extra Limoncello.
  • 1/2 cup Limoncello Use lemon syrup for a non-alcoholic version.
For Topping & Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Curd Final layer for visual appeal.
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Optional for topping.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Slices For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk. Beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy. Fold in 1/2 cup of lemon curd and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend room-temperature mascarpone cheese with 2/3 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add the juice of one lemon while mixing until stiff peaks form.
  3. Carefully fold the pudding mixture into the mascarpone mixture until just blended.
  4. Layer ladyfinger biscuits in a baking dish, briefly dip in a mixture of Limoncello and water, then spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them. Repeat with more ladyfingers and top with remaining cream.
  5. Spread the rest of the lemon curd over the top of the tiramisu. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Once chilled, slice into squares and serve with optional whipped cream or lemon slices.

Notes
