  • 2 cups Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Shredded

  • 2 tbsp Butter Dotted on top

  • 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce Drizzle before serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cubing the English muffins and spreading them on a baking sheet. Let them dry or broil until golden.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Layer half of the muffin cubes in a baking dish, followed by ham and cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Whisk together half and half, eggs, and all seasonings. Pour over layered ingredients.
  4. Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove from fridge, let sit for 15 minutes. Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice and drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
