Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the crust ingredients until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the crumbly mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Blend the filling ingredients until smooth, then pour evenly over the crust.
  5. Scatter diced peaches over the filling, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing into bars.
