- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In a high-powered blender, combine the ripe bananas, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops rise and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
