Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Once the beef is browned, stir in the chopped pepperoni and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into the skillet with the beef and pepperoni. Stir together and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the filling to cool for a few minutes. Lay out your wraps and divide the beef mixture among them, adding the mozzarella on top.
  5. Roll each wrap tightly and use a bit of water on your fingertips to seal the edges.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the rolls for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Let the pizza rolls cool for a few minutes on the tray before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
