  • 3 ounces sparkling water club soda or any sparkling water works well

  • fresh blueberries used for garnish, choose ripe blueberries
  • pineapple slice use fresh slices for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing your glass. Take a fresh lime wedge and run it around the rim of a rocks glass. Dip the rim into a plate of salt and fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the lime juice, pineapple juice, and blueberry syrup. Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  3. Carefully strain or pour the mixed juices into the glass filled with ice.
  4. Slowly pour in the sparkling water to fill the glass. Gently stir with a straw or stirring stick.
  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a slice of pineapple on the rim.
