Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sauté onion, green bell pepper, and celery for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth, followed by heavy cream, Creole seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Place red snapper fillets in sauce, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until fish is flaky and opaque.
  5. Stir in parsley before serving. Serve snapper over cooked rice, garnished with additional parsley.
