Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by pouring 2 cups of cloudy apple juice into a blender, followed by 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a handful of large mint leaves. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mint leaves are finely chopped.
  2. Once blended, allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes to settle.
  3. After the mixture has settled, carefully decant into a screw-cap jar, leaving space at the top.
  4. Fill chilled serving glasses with crushed ice, about two-thirds full.
  5. Before serving, gently shake the jar of the drink to redistribute the mint leaves, then pour the mixture over the ice in each glass.
  6. Garnish each drink with a couple of lemon slices and fresh mint leaves on top.
