Step-by-Step Instructions for Dandelion Lemonade
  1. Harvest fresh dandelion flowers, remove green bases, rinse petals in cool water.
  2. In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to simmer. Add dandelion petals, cover, and steep for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Combine another 500 ml of water with honey or maple syrup in a separate pot, heat until dissolved.
  4. Strain the dandelion infusion into a pitcher, mix with sweetened water and add lemon juice.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice, garnishing if desired.
