- Harvest fresh dandelion flowers, remove green bases, rinse petals in cool water.
- In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to simmer. Add dandelion petals, cover, and steep for 20-30 minutes.
- Combine another 500 ml of water with honey or maple syrup in a separate pot, heat until dissolved.
- Strain the dandelion infusion into a pitcher, mix with sweetened water and add lemon juice.
