Preparation Steps
- Start by washing your ingredients thoroughly. Slice the English cucumber and lemon into thin, even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Set aside the slices on a cutting board.
- In a large pitcher, combine cucumber slices, lemon rounds, and fresh mint leaves. Gently scrunch the mint leaves to release their aromatic oils.
- Fill the pitcher with ice and pour in the cold filtered water. Stir gently to mix.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it infuse for at least 30 minutes, up to 60 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Once infused, pour the Cucumber Lemon Water into glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as desired and serve.
