  • 1 medium English Cucumber Best used fresh for optimal taste
  • 1 medium Lemon Remove rind from slices to reduce bitterness
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Bruise leaves slightly to release flavor
For the Base
  • 8 cups Filtered Water Cold or room-temperature; use sparkling for fizz

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by washing your ingredients thoroughly. Slice the English cucumber and lemon into thin, even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Set aside the slices on a cutting board.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine cucumber slices, lemon rounds, and fresh mint leaves. Gently scrunch the mint leaves to release their aromatic oils.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice and pour in the cold filtered water. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it infuse for at least 30 minutes, up to 60 minutes for maximum flavor.
  5. Once infused, pour the Cucumber Lemon Water into glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as desired and serve.
