  • 4 pcs Jalapeños Choose large jalapeños for easy stuffing.
  • 1 Tbsp Oil Can use cooking spray as a substitute.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened; can use low-fat for lighter version.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder Optional.
  • 1-2 tsp Half & Half Can swap with milk.
  • 1 pinch Salt/Pepper For taste.
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with pepper jack.
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon Chopped; turkey bacon can be used.
  • 2 pcs Green Onions Sliced, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and veins, then rub with oil.
  2. Arrange jalapeños cut-side up in air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then add half & half. Mix in cheddar cheese and bacon.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with creamy mixture, optionally topping with extra cheese and bacon.
  5. Return filled jalapeños to air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
