Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and combining soy sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add marinated chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
  3. In the same pan, add sliced zucchini and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and slightly crunchy.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, add oyster sauce, and toss everything together. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
