- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
- Thread chicken pieces onto soaked skewers tightly together.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and minced garlic and microwave until melted.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, minced parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook 2-3 skewers for 5 minutes, flip, baste with garlic butter, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Flip skewers, baste again, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
