Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
  4. Thread chicken pieces onto soaked skewers tightly together.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and minced garlic and microwave until melted.
  6. Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, minced parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook 2-3 skewers for 5 minutes, flip, baste with garlic butter, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Flip skewers, baste again, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  9. Transfer skewers to a platter, drizzle with remaining garlic sauce, and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
