- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Crack 4 large eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined, then pour into the hot skillet.
- Sprinkle in ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the scrambled eggs, folding gently.
- Lay out 5 slices of deli ham and spoon equal portions of cheesy scrambled eggs off-center.
- Roll up the ham tightly around the filling, seam-side down in a greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the roll-ups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
