  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese For mixing into eggs.
For the Wrap
  • 5 slices Deli Ham Thicker slices recommended.
For the Topping
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese To sprinkle on top.
  • to taste Salsa Choose your favorite brand.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Crack 4 large eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined, then pour into the hot skillet.
  4. Sprinkle in ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the scrambled eggs, folding gently.
  5. Lay out 5 slices of deli ham and spoon equal portions of cheesy scrambled eggs off-center.
  6. Roll up the ham tightly around the filling, seam-side down in a greased baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the roll-ups.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
