  • 8 ounces Rotini Pasta Cook until al dente.
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved or substitute with grape tomatoes.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Peel if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Sliced, optional.
  • 1 medium Bell Peppers Any color.
For Dressing and Topping
  • 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing Or substitute with Italian dressing.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated or shaved.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While pasta cools, wash and chop your vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and slice the black olives and bell peppers. Combine with cooled pasta.
  3. Pour the Olive Garden dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve cold, optionally garnished with additional Parmesan cheese.
