- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and 2 eggs, and mix until smooth.
- Add baking soda, salt, and mashed bananas to the wet mixture, then gradually mix in 1.5 cups of flour until just combined.
