Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the tube of crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles. Arrange these triangles in a circular pattern on your prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of spicy brown mustard or Dijon over the base of the dough.
- Layer provolone cheese slices, spicy salami, capicola, and pepperoni over the mustard, and scatter sliced pepperoncini on top.
- Bring the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them under the ring to seal everything inside.
- Whisk a large egg in a small bowl and brush it generously over the assembled ring. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian seasoning over the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough turns golden brown.
- Remove the ring from the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, and serve warm alongside marinara sauce.

Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes prior to baking for a flakier texture. Avoid sogginess by layering cheese beneath the vegetables and meats.
