Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the tube of crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles. Arrange these triangles in a circular pattern on your prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of spicy brown mustard or Dijon over the base of the dough.
  4. Layer provolone cheese slices, spicy salami, capicola, and pepperoni over the mustard, and scatter sliced pepperoncini on top.
  5. Bring the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them under the ring to seal everything inside.
  6. Whisk a large egg in a small bowl and brush it generously over the assembled ring. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian seasoning over the top.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough turns golden brown.
  8. Remove the ring from the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, and serve warm alongside marinara sauce.
