Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until slightly charred.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
