  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened, can use Neufchâtel for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Freshly shredded, can substitute with mozzarella.
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix Can use homemade ranch seasoning.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Can omit for vegetarian option.
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chives Finely chopped; can substitute with green onions.
For the Garnish
  • 16 sprigs Fresh Parsley or Cilantro Resemble carrot tops for visual appeal.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Create cone molds using four 4"x4" squares of aluminum foil.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, cut into strips, and wrap around the foil molds.
  4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and chives until smooth.
  6. Pipe the filling into the cooled carrot-shaped rolls.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve immediately.
