Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the 9x13-inch baking dish generously with cooking spray or softened butter.
- Prepare the fudge brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding the eggs and oil.
- Fold in 3/4 cup each of shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, broken pretzel sticks, and all the caramel bits into the brownie batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded coconut, graham crackers, and pretzel sticks over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
