Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and grate the zucchini. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small round balls the size of golf balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the bites for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with dipping sauce.
