Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.

  3. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. If using chocolate coating, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Once set, cut into bars and dip or drizzle melted chocolate over them.
  6. Return to refrigerator for an additional 15-20 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
