  2. Open the can of thin crust refrigerated pizza dough and carefully unroll it onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together your eggs in a mixing bowl, then cook them softly in a skillet until just set.
  4. Spread the soft scrambled eggs evenly over the stretched pizza dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the cooked sausage over the scrambled eggs, followed by 1.5 cups of shredded cheese.
  6. Carefully roll the dough from the long side towards the opposite edge to create a tight roll.
  7. Cut diagonal slits in the top crust with a sharp knife to allow steam to escape during baking.
  8. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
